The Center for Dialogue & Resolution offers guidance for residents of manufactured home communities in Coos County. We help individuals understand their rights, responsibilities, and dispute resolution options.

Residents are entitled to a copy of their rental agreement, park rules, and policies, a 90-day notice of rent increase, and the right to object to proposed park rules or form a tenants committee. We provide assistance with navigating landlord-tenant laws, including Chapter 90 laws for manufactured homes.
